Receipt of Raw Materials
Quality begins at the source. Each batch of raw material is inspected as soon as it arrives.
Special attention is paid to coatings and films, which determine the stability of the final product.

Silicone Application
The silicone line operates in automated mode, with inline control of the coating weight applied, ensuring process stability.
The system guarantees precise deposition at high speed, ensuring a consistent and homogeneous release level across the entire width of the roll.
3.
Application of UV Adhesive
The UV adhesive line ensures precise and crystal-clear application, with automatic control of the adhesive coating weight applied.
High-resolution cameras monitor coating uniformity, ensuring stability and high performance for technical films and high-durability applications.
4.
Application of Water-Based Adhesive (WB)
The water-based adhesive line combines sustainability and efficiency.
It allows for uniform adhesive application using a Meyer bar, with process monitoring by high-resolution cameras, ensuring stability and consistent quality in a continuous and reliable process, suitable for responsible, high-level production.
5.
Rack Storage
Storage logistics follow the FIFO system to ensure proper rotation of materials. Automated racks optimize space and enable software-controlled management, reducing errors and waiting times.

Slitters
The cutting areas are climate-controlled and equipped with high-precision semi-automatic cutting machines.
Each roll is monitored through a batch traceability system, from the coating process to cutting, ensuring dimensional conformity and controlled material flow. Automated conveyors streamline the transition between cutting and packaging.
7.
Jenner
The Jenner line offers highly automated winding, with electronic control of tension and uniformity, ensuring maximum productivity.
8.
Packaging
Fully automated packaging with automatic RFID application and digital control of each pallet (weight, dimensions, and destination), ensuring traceability and efficient preparation for shipment.

Shipping
The pallets are sent directly to the shipping area, where the loading process is optimized using logistics software.
The transport management system ensures strict adherence to delivery deadlines and shipment monitoring. Digidelta provides national and international distribution, with the capacity to supply customers in over 60 countries.

Academy
Quality control extends to the application phase.
At Academia Digidelta, technical teams carry out printing, cutting, and application tests on different materials. Training sessions are developed for customers and distributors, ensuring complete mastery of the product.
Quality control accompanies each stage of production.
All products are batch tested in accordance with internal protocols and international standards.
The results are recorded in the traceability system, allowing the identification of the origin of the materials and process parameters, ensuring consistency, reliability, and compliance with quality standards.
