Digidelta launches BIOND at PRINTING United 2025
At booth #2435, the company will launch BIOND films in the US and will present new Decal and Laminate solutions during the event.
Digidelta, a specialist manufacturer of materials for digital printing, decoration, visual communication, and textiles, is pleased to announce that it will be exhibiting at PRINTING United Expo 2025, using the event to launch its new BIOND range on the North American market, consisting of self-adhesive films with 85% bio-based content for digital printing.
The event takes place from October 22 to 24 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida, and is one of the world's leading trade shows for the printing industry. The annual event hosts a wide variety of manufacturers and suppliers, welcoming thousands of visitors from around the world.
This year, Digidelta will be present at booth #2435, introducing BIOND to the North American market. This innovative, bio-based technology was first unveiled at FESPA Global Print Expo 2025 in May and has generated significant interest in recent months.
BIOND: developed with the environment in mind
Designed with the environment in mind and with the long-term goal of evolving large format printing with a more natural touch, BIOND is produced from plant-based raw materials, offering customers a truly environmentally friendly solution.
This commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible production is reinforced by the use of a water-based adhesive, which has a significantly lower environmental impact than other types of adhesives. In addition, an eco-friendly, solvent-free UV adhesive option is also available.
Although it has a strong environmental focus, BIOND materials behave in the same way as traditional PVC vinyl films. However, the crucial difference is that BIOND is truly sustainable, allowing customers to create environmentally responsible applications without having to pay more or compromise on quality.
Entirely in-house production at Digidelta
Digidelta manufactures the product entirely in-house, using state-of-the-art facilities at its production center in Portugal. For BIOND, Digidelta uses processes powered by 85% solar energy, further reinforcing the material's environmental credentials.
In addition, production is supervised by Digidelta's specialized team, ensuring not only a high level of quality control on all materials leaving its factories, but also excellent production efficiency, enabling products to be delivered to customers in all regions on time.

This adhesive vinyl incorporates air-escape technology, allowing air to escape from under the material during application. This enables a much faster and cleaner installation, resulting in a much higher quality finish compared to other products available on the market. Decal Dot Matrix in the spotlight

The adhesive strength adapts to each stage, allowing the vinyl to be repositioned during installation and eliminating common problems such as creases and bubbles. Adhesion gradually increases over time to ensure that the application remains in place throughout the campaign.
The same adhesive design makes it easy to remove the material at the end of its useful life—without damaging the surface or leaving residue.
For greater flexibility, Decal Dot Matrix includes a double layer of PE liner, protecting the vinyl from moisture and eliminating common problems such as waving and curling during printing, finishing, installation, and use.

Finally, Digidelta will invite visitors to PRINTING United Expo 2025 to explore its range of laminates. The collection includes Monomeric, Polymeric, PVC-FREE, and Floor Graphic solutions, each with specific attributes and all with UV inhibitors, eliminating the silvering effect common with UV inks.
Monomeric Lamination 70 mic (2.8 mil)
Monomeric PVC film ideal for short-term print protection. With a high-performance ultra-crystalline high tack adhesive, it offers protection against UV rays, scratches, abrasion, and minor external damage, maintaining excellent visual quality.
Polymeric Lamination
Suitable for greater durability and resistance, with strong adhesive properties compatible with UV and latex printing.
Floor Graphics Lamination
Designed to protect prints exposed to heavy traffic. Developed to withstand constant foot traffic without premature wear, it is R10 anti-slip certified and, being PVC-free, is ideal for sustainable projects.
